The rooms are a good size with tiled floors and white walls and soft furnishings giving them a cool and airy feel which is very beneficial in the hot Mediterranean climate. There is both a large indoor and a cozy taverna style outdoor restaurant offering a selection of Greek and International dishes. The hotel also has a bar. This complex is made up of four typical Cycladic white stone washed buildings with blue shutters overlooking Parikia town and port with a swimming pool out the front, and a car park at the back. The lobby is medium in size with some seating and bar. Good standards are maintained throughout this property complemented by great levels of service. This hotel is situated on a small hill 800m from Livadia beach. Parikia town and port are 1,5 km away from the hotel and the airport is only 9 km. There is a good selection of bars, restaurants and many shopping facilities in Parikia town. The hotel is also on the road that leads to the pretty village of Naussa. Local buses run from Parikia to Naussa fairly frequently.
