It is laid out with a rusty-coloured carpet and furnished with medium brown furniture and round tables with glass tops. There is also a sitting room furnished with armchairs and low wooden tables. The building is modern. The lobby is of a medium size. It is laid out with beige and brown unpolished tiles. This is an excellent fully refurbished property in a quiet location close to the centre.
