Room was adequate, however being situated above the disco/nightclub area we did not get any sleep until after 0300 on the friday and after 0200 on the saturday. The kitchen staff had to be reminded by the receptionist that we had booked in for a full breakfast as was only offered cereal or toast at first. The bed was not made up on the saturday and when asking for 2 x extra pillows only one was provided. The fitted hairdryer did not work and the evening receptionist was not able to offer any solution even though it only needed a fuse replaced in the wall socket. The positive from the stay was the day time receptionist who was proffessional and very efficient in her job.

We stayed in the Queens Hotel in Ennis for just one night and we were in Ennis mainly to enjoy a social night out. The hotel is ideally located in the centre of Ennis. There is a night club with the hotel and the receptionist warned us of this as we were checking in. The recetionist was very helpful and the hotel itself has some character. Our room was right above the night club but as we were there to enjoy the night life it didn't bother us. The room was nice, there was a double and single in the room and it was clean. The breakfast was mostly self service and was good. There is no parking available at the hotel but a voucher can be obtained for the public parking just across the road. I would recommend it to anyone that wants a good night out.

We really enjoed our stay the hotel was lovely. Did not take kindly been asked to take our drinks next door to a different pub while there was a private function on that we were not informed of.. considering we payed to stay the night there..
