Customer Reviews for Radisson Edwardian Grafton Hotel London
Our Customer stayed here in January 2011
The Hotel was very reasonable priced and an excellent location. The Hotel is located very close to the Warren Street Tube Station on the Northern and Victoria Lines (next stop to Oxford Circus and the shops). The Staff were very professional and attentive. Breakfast excellent as usual for a Radisson. Nice Bar with good food. The bedroom was a good size but a little dull in the lighting and decor but the bathroom was lovely. I would recommend it as a very good hotel in a very central location

Upon arrival we were met by a smiling efficient receptionist. We were able to book in early and opted for an upgrade. The room would be ready in 30 minutes so we headed to breakfast outside of the hotel.
When we got back we went to our room. It was tastefully decorated but rather small and I questioned myself if we received an upgrade. We got over it. The location is good. The reception areas are light & breezy. The corridor to the rooms could be lighter and there were some areas of carpet in ill reapir. The roof was discolored in parts. No deal breaker. In the bathroom certain fictures missed parts, e.g. the radiator had no covers on the thermostat part. Pipes were exposed under the sink and a bit of Mold on some joints. The next morning we experienced the poorest part of our stay, breakfast.
We had a lie in, 9.00pm, we were away from our 19 month old baby. A massive queue for a cold buffet style breakfast. Certain foods were not on display and took up to 20 minutes to be replenished. The OJ and apple juice were from a concentrate and heavily diluted. The food was not edible. I had a tea and bit of toast (only toasted on one side), well I was hungry. All thats requires is two stations - One for cold foodstruffs and another for hot food. Its hardly rocket science.
I would not stay here again.
Positives: The staff, the location, a tube next door
Negatives: The food, the corridors and some common areas.

Hotel has an excellent location and was great. Room was spacious and very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a great variety, but unfortunately was only served up to 10am and the dining hall got rather crowded and noisy from about 9.30

This hotel is very central to the West End, and just a 10 minute walk to Leicester Square. The staff for very helpful. We had a late flight the evening that we were leaving and it was no problem to leave our luggage in the hotel until we were ready o leave. It was stored safely away. At breakfast there was a lot of choice, self-service, although you did have to order tea. The morning we were there it was quite busy and had our breakfast on the plate but had to wait quite some time before getting tea/ and then we realised there was no milk on the table either. This was just a small complaint.Interior is quite nice in the hotel. Our hotel room was quite small, however really nicely decorated and perfect for our 3 night stay as we were going to be out of the hotel room the majority of the time sightseeing etc. We went in August and hotel rooms were quite hot, air conditioning in our particular room wasnt great but still enjoyed our stay there.
