Customer Reviews for Radisson Edwardian Vanderbilt Hotel London
Our Customer stayed here in February 2012
This hotel should not be rated 4-star. It consists of 4 or 5 houses with facades preserved, and an impressive reception area. The upstairs areas have been converted into a warren of narrow dark corridors with brown walls and brown carpets, with small bedrooms. We were asked if we would like a quiet room at the back, and, having heard the traffic noise on the Cromwell Road, we took it. It was dark with a small double bed and a view of an air-conditioning unit. The furniture was cheap and chipped. The tiny lift is totally inadequate for the number of guests. The bar could be quite pleasant, but the music is far too loud.
