This Hotel is in a great location, very close to the M1, metro line, along which are many of the key sites to experience in Budapest, Room was very good, facilities in the Hotel were also very good, would have liked the pool to open earlier ( only open 4pm-9.30pm) great spread at breakfast, the B&B rate we got was excellent value, for such a central location. Very Friendly & Helpful staff and most were good English speakers.

.1 No receptionest at check-in (19h45) ...checked in by Conceirge , who didn't know anything about pre-paid voucher '2. Non-Smoking Floor & Room both stinking of cigarette smoke '3. Room small , pokey and no where matching description on Internet '4. Room noisey from constant flow of traffic outside '5. Left coins around in room....to find them gone that evening '6. "Rate my stay" card left on pillow in room in our absence , but no attempt to even tidy up room '7. Went to bar first evening....waited at least 12 minutes before barman showed up I regularily stay in SAS Radisson Hotels thrughout Europe ...this was the worst experience by far

Very nice hotel in a very good location. ...
Very nice hotel in a very good location. From the airport it is only 25mins by a very regualar train which stops at a station just a 2 minute walk away. The hotel staff were very good throughout our stay. The room was big and very clean. The buffet breakfast was also very nice with a huge choice. The only downside to the hotel was the pool which was small and only open in the evening. But this was not a big issue and in general I would highly recommend the hotel.
