The restaurants serve mainly traditional Norwegian dishes. The hotel also has a bar on the top floor which commands sensational views of the city and out over the Oslofjord. This is a 37 floor glass tower which dominates the Oslo skyline. The lobby is very large and decorated with marble, glass doors and wood. This impressive hotel truly stands out from the crowd.
