The rooms are in excellent condition, as the hotel has only recently opened. All rooms are decorated in light colours and are very spacious. They have all standard amenities, such as tea/coffee facilities, ironing boards, etc. There are two restaurants in the hotel. One is the Belfast bar and Grill designed by Paul Rankin, a very popular spot for the local community. There is also an a la carte restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. This is located on the first floor of the hotel. The hotel is an almost circular red brick building. A very large, impressive lobby greets you. There are large, rust coloured sofas dotted around the lobby as well as other seats and tables. This is a great hotel for those not wanting to be in the city centre, but still within close proximity.
