Built in 2001 by a main road, this spa and conference hotel consists of a total of 120 rooms on 3 floors of which 116 are doubles and 4 are suites. The facilities include an attractive lobby with lifts, safes, a currency exchange desk and a 24-hour reception. In addition, it has a café, a cosy lobby bar (lunch buffet and snacks), a pub and an air-conditioned à la carte restaurant (Belfast Bar & Grill, Spice Club). There are conference and banqueting facilities available to business guests. Room and laundry services are also available along with Internet access. The hotel has its own on-site car parking facilities. The hotel is now completely non smoking.
Location
This elegant hotel is situated in the Lagan Valley Reginal Park, close to the river. It is the ideal city tour hotel for families, couples and groups. It takes just 10 minutes on public transport to reach the centre of Belfast with its scores of shops and other attractions. It takes just 15 minutes to cover the 8 km to Belfast airport.
How To Get There
From the city centre take the Dublin Road towards Queens University. Drive along the Malone Road to the roundabout. Take the first exit and follow the dual carriageway. The hotel is on the left-hand side.
Room Description
The modern en suite rooms are fitted with a hairdryer, a telephone, satellite/ cable TV, a radio and Internet access as well as a tea/coffee maker. Furthermore king-size or queen-size beds and central heating also come as standard.
Meals
Guests are offered a buffet each morning with warm and cold dishes. As a bistro menu is offered in the Suburbia bar at lunch, while evening menus are served in the The Green Room or in The Spice Club.
Sports/Entertainment
The hotel features plenty of leisure activities, in the LA gym with a 20 m swimming pool, a sauna, a steam room and a large fitness area. The Omni centre is Ireland's first Ayurveda centre, which offers a Indian Ayurveda treatments as well as a broad range of beauty treatments. Please ask at the hotel for the various offers available.

Stayed here for 2 nights attending a friends wedding. Room was spacious and clean. Bar was nice and breakfast very good. Overall have no complaints.

Better than expected. Excellent breakfast buffet. Staff helpful. Wifi a bit hit and miss, but staff rebooted router a couple of times - may be an iphone issue. Room servicing was minimal though on a 2-night stay. towels were changed but that was about it. bed not even made.

Excellent hotel. Fabulous rooms. We had 2 interconnecting rooms which was perfect with 2 kids. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast is highly recommended.
