Reception was quick and efficient, I wasnt impressed with the area, which I thought looked a bit rough (docks area). was given a room on the 7th floor,was averagecompared to the other hotels that I stayed in in HK, but was value for money. could hear the trams and traffic, but it quitened down close to midnight. Breccy was about €8, and was v. good
