The Hotel and room service was satisfactor to good, unfortunately we decided to dine at the restaurant and the service was very poor indeed, not so much the food quality but the attention at serving, endlesly slow !! What should be mentioned is that the local premises and surroundings a block away at night were really scary to walk, a really poor part of the city, people wandering about without much to wear, drunk and possibly doped. Otherwise OK,
