The location of the hotel is great - the ferry wharf is right out the front of the hotel, the ferries come frequently - takes only 10mins into Como (4km from the hotel). The town it is in Cernobbio - is lovely - cute shops, pretty, has all you need, and then Como very close if you want alot more shopping. The hotel iteslf is good - a bit old but totally fine (eg bathrooms, lobby), but the rooms are a good size. Don't expect anything too 'flash' / 5 star - but for what it is and for the price i thought was very reasonable. Having the pool area is great. Breakfast is included in the rate - which was great. We didn't eat at the resturant so can't comment on that. But overall for the price and location I thought it was good
