This is an excellent property in an excellent location. Being a historical building, it ins't suggested for disabled and elderly people. Guests must advise management of their approximate arrival time if they plan to arrive after 23:00pm. Clients will check in at Via del Babuino 151 before going to their accommodations in Via del Babuino 55. 1109 FR Reception only open from 07am to 12am. To avoid any inconveniences, it is compulsory to advise the approx arrival time.

The Relais is located near Piazza di Spagna, on the famous Via del Babuino,
just off Via del Corso, one of the most elegant and busiest shopping
areas. It is within easy walking distance of all the main tourist
attractions and has a very convenient location which meets the needs of both
business and leisure travellers. The Piazza di Spagna underground station is 200
metres away.

Excellent location. Very near Spanish Steps and within comfortable walking distance of Pantheon and Trevi Fountain. Staff very friendly and helpful especially lovely man with Irish Dad!!! Only reason I do not give this a Very Good rating is that the entrance on the ground floor is very off-putting and creates a very bad first impression. Room decor very attractive and ornate. Pity there is no dining room for breakfast.
