check in very quick. offered complimentary cold water in room. and offered us a welcome drink on arrival.the restaurant menu looked very good but we chose to eat in city centre, which was not so good. not enough pillows in room

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The lobby was a good size. The rooms were bright and airy and of medium size. Rooms were cleaned every day.Bed was very comfortable. We also had the use of a courtesy bus from hotel to city centre. Breakfast was ok, but the food in the evening was outstanding. It would be a shame to stay at this hotel and not eat in the restaurant. I can highly recommend the taster menu. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel.
