Typical Venetian buiding in keeping with the surroundings. Lobby is spacious but with basic furnishings. This is a residence made of 7 apartments. some are very spacious and can cater for up to 6 people. Reception Opening Hours: 09:00 - 19:00. For arrival after 19:00, the guest must call +39-041-0990213 to advise it in advance.

Hotel is located in a quiet residential area, not far from the train station, about 600 metres, and overlooks one of the typical Venetian canals.

WE stayed at the Residence Ai Carmini for 2 nights in Venice and it was superb. The apt consisted of a good living space, kitchen with cooking utensils, cooker, fridge etc. Large bedroom and bathroom. Canal view. The location was fantastic. 10 mins walk from P. Roma bus station(over a few bridges though if you have bags, but easy enough)3 mins walk to the San Basillo ferry port where there is also stops for the water bus. San Margarita square 2 minutes around the corner with shops, restaurants and a supermarket. The apt was clean, friendly staff and had WIFI also. Would definately stay there again and recommend it.
