Staff were freindly, food was delicious. Disappointed with the decor in the room and the bathroom needed a complete makeover. It even had peeling paint! Only had 3 flat pillows on the bed.

The hotel is in a great central location, booking in was so straight forward compared to booking through other websites. Facilities exceeded expectation. The room was spacious and clean with lots of frwsh towels. The only complaint I have is that the room we were in had an adjoining door to the next room which meant that it was not well insulated against noise coming from the adjoining room-so we were disturbed by the occupants when they went to bed in the early hours. A varied menu is available to suit most palates and budgets. I would stay again but I would ask for a room that does not have an adjoining door.

From the minute I arrived till the minute I left my experience was excellent..I was attending an event in the City and was running late..on arriving I was met with a very long queue at the reception desk and was cursing myself for leaving it so late arriving..to my amazement the efficient (and friendly) receptionists got through the queue v quickly (the same to be said re checking out @ almost 12 noon!!). The room/bathroom was v large and spacious, everything spotless and nothing to find fault with. Outside the hotel building there were Taxis, so I didn't have to leave the building! Buses and train St nearby also. I could find absolutely no faults at all and would recommend this hotel to anyone, I will definitely return.
