4 out of 5Nice location. Very close to Interlaken west railway station. The staff are very cordial and helpful. Nice wooden rooms. But please note that there is no elevator. Hence you need to carry your big suitcases by yourself. Overall, it was a good experience and I would recommand this hotel.
