Excellent location,friendly and attentive staff,big clean room, tv small and breakfast very basic.

Well we stayed here in Feb, the +point of the hotel was that it was dead central to all the shopping and St Stephens. But the negative was the room as it was a real old style room with the Sink/shower in one room and the toilet in another. As I said the room was old style with pictures hanging but they tried to modernise it with the beds that are only fit for dwarfs as they were 2feet off the floor and as it was a double bed it wasn't at all it was 2singles pushed and with 2 single duvets wasn't impressed here at all. The staff were very helpful when asked upon also. overall will defo be back to Vienna city but not to the Royal Hotel a 4**** it definitly is not!
