Booked this hotel for a friend and her husband and this is what they had to say about hotel; very clean, breakfast lovely, good location

I stayed at the Royal Lancaster for one night only, but that was the only negative about my stay. The staff were really friendly and helpful, the hotel itself was fantastic and easily a 4 star hotel, the room lovely, couldn't fault it! The breakfast was nice, have had better but then have had much worse! The location was excellent, really handy for central London and the price I paid was fantastic considering the quality and location for the hotel, so thanks to Roomex for that one!! I will be looking at this hotel before any others next time I come to London!!!
