Customer Reviews for Ryad Mogador Opera Hotel Marrakech
Our Customer stayed here in April 2008
We were in Marrakech on business and fortunately were meeting Moroccan friends. The Hotel was average, certainly not 4 star. We arrived in the early hours of the morning having been delayed for 8 hours. Reception staff were pleasant, although a drink of even water would have been more than welcome. My room was at the front of the hotel, although the bedding was clean, the room and especially the bathroom were not. One towel had numerous lipstick stains, which I did mention, but it returned again, ironed but still dirty. Shower facilities primitive, and the floor filthy. My friends room overlooked a noisy building site but was cleaner than mine. We also had to pay 20e at Reception for a taxi to the Airport, which we knew cost between 5-6 euros, (confirmed by the taxi driver as well), which does seem excessive, which I think other guests should be made aware. We certainly would not stay there again.
