This is a very good and welcoming 3 star superior tourist class hotel, located in a very attractive Parisian quarter.Lobby
The lobby is small but charming, reminiscent of a medieval castle. The walls are bare stone with huge wall hangings and mirrors. The authentic furniture, candle lamps and a wooden reception desk, all of which add to the hotel's atmosphere.Location
The hotel is located at the cross-road of Boulevard Richard-Lenoir and the Oberkampf street in a lively quarter full of restaurants, bars and street markets; couple of minutes from the Opera Bastille, the canal Saint-Martin and the Place de la Republique, just a short stroll away from the Marais area. There is no restaurant in the hotel but there are many in and around the hotel location. The breakfast room is found on the lower ground floor in a vaulted cellar with a bright tiled floor and rustic furniture. It has been sympathetically developed creating a warm relaxing ambiance.Rooms
The rooms are small in size but charming and in very good condition with air conditioning. They are contemporary in decor furnished with light colour fabrics. Bathrooms are in excellent condition, and some are marble-tiled.
