Staff were always helpful & polite. Internet was available free in the lobby which was a big bonus. Only two pc's so you could be lucky or unlucky in your timing! Hotel is very central being just a short walk from the main square in Cuzco. Bedrooms were clean & reasonably spacious. On each occasion we had a room with an outside window. Some rooms have windows facing the atrium lobby. Tour groups were frequently coming & going and breakfast starts at 4.30am both of which could make these rooms noisy.Might be worth asking for an outside room. Breakfast was adequate & plentiful depending on your taste - don't expect the Full Irish! On the whole, a reasonably priced down to earth hotel. It doesn't have the frills but the friendly staff plus the fact that your luggage is safely stored while you go trekking to Macchu Picchu makes it really good value. It has a lift & free coca tea available all day, both of which are very important at this altitude. All in all I'd recommend this hotel as long as you're realistic in your expectations.
