Breakfast room is located on the ground floor and presents the same style of the lobby and reception area. 3-storey typical Venetian palace in keeping with the surroundings. Lobby is medium in size with a comfortable seating area. There are rugs on the marbled floor and decoration on the walls, the ceiling shows the wooden beams and the whole area, in which prevail the colour blue, looks quite elegant. 100 metres away there is the hotel Annex, Residence Parisi, which is a first category property, modern in style, with large and spacious rooms and bathrooms equipped for disabled. Located in Piazzale Roma, it is the only hotel in Venice which can be reached by car. It overlooks the Grand Canal and it easily reachable from the station (1 stop by boat) and from the airport (15 minutes by bus).
