It has recently been renovated and offers a trendy and comfortable area to relax during the day (with free WiFi access) and dine in the evening. It is a medium size, purpose-built property of non-descript style, fitting in well with the architecture of the area. The lobby is currently under renovation and a small reception area is available for check-in. In a great location with a large array of shops and restaurants within walking distance, this is a highly recommended property.

The hotel is located in area of Stockholm called Sodermalm, popular for its choice of restaurants, bars and unique shops. The hotel is a short distance from the main shopping area and near the famous old town. The underground station Medborgarplatsen is literally next door to the hotel and one can reach Gamla Stan (Old Town) in two stops or Central Station in three.
