The staff were okay but the quality of the room was appalling. The bedsheets were torn at the edges as if someone had just cut a piece of clothe. The telephone did not work nor did the tv. The bed itself was not properly made with no mattress cover. There was a hole in the chest of draws. There was no shower caps or soap in the bathroom. It is without doubt the worst hotel I have ever had the misfortune to stay in.
