There is a coffee shop that offers freshly baked goods. There is also a bar and grill serving lunch and dinner. The two towers are in a contemporary 1960s’ design. Nestled behind the Prudential Center, the hotel is very visible in the Boston Skyline. Large spacious lobby with marble inlay and mahogany panelled check-in desks. There is also plenty of separate seating. THIS HOTEL IS A NON SMOKING PROPERTY. Features include safety deposit boxes, lobby ATM and multi-lingual concierge services available on the first floor lobby. An on-site business centre and in-house audiovisual services provide convention groups and guests with added convenience. The hotel's gift and sundries shop includes a newsstand and offers a range of gifts from Boston shirts to chocolates.
There is a sports club located on the property with an indoor/outdoor hotel pool complete with an overhead retractable glass ceiling dome which allows guests to sunbathe outdoors during warm weather. There is a casual snack menu offered at the pool side/sun deck. Surrounding the 18m pool is a full range of fitness equipment, including free weights, cardiovascular machines, jacuzzi and redwood sauna. Personal trainers are available upon request. (05/08 LM)

Once again the Sheraton proved to be fantastic value , close to subway, shops and everything that is Boston. wonderful room on 26th floor with great views, staff lovely cannot fault it.

Superb hotel, well located, spotless, staff top class rooms fantastic. A top class hotel to stay in, would definately stay again. Situated adjacent/attached to the Prudential centre so you can even go shopping without having to put you coat on. overall fantastic- thank you
Hotel was very nice, free internet in lobby was very impressive. very clean and shower was amazing! highly recommend stayin here for visitors to Boston, very central location and 2 min walk to nearest T station.
We stayed for 5 nights and had a lovely time. The rooms were spotless and the beds were very comfortable. One thing I didn't like was that there was only air-conditioning in the room, could not open the window for some fresh air. It is very convenient especially being attached to the Prudential Centre and the underground train located there as well. I would highly recommened the hotel.
