Customer Reviews for Sheraton Park Lane Hotel London
Our Customer stayed here in April 2010
The room was very basic, with stained carpets, it was dark, overlooking other buildings. The air conditioning did not work so the room was very hot. All the fans were just outside the window so it was too noisy to open the window. Not what I expected for the price. On the plus side it is in a lovely area of London, opposite Green Park and the afternoon tea was lovely.
