We stayed in a double room for 3 nights. We got the rooms at 60 Pound a night, wich was a bargain. Normal rates were 149. Very clean room and new interior, the staff was great and very helpful. It must be one of the best hotels at this rate in the neighbourhood. Quiet area, Victoria Station was a 10 minute walk, with several restaurants on the way. The only downside at the hotel, was that we had to queue for breakfast as breakfast time was only between 0730-0900. We would definetally stay here again.

Single room too small and claustrophic. Requested to be changed to bigger room but they were unable to do this. I didn't sleep in room but joined my work colleague in her double room which at least was much more comfortable. They said they could not refund me any money which wasn't good customer service.
