This property is located on a small hill overlooking the famous Koukounaries bay and Maratha beach, at the southwest corner of Skiathos Island, offering splendid views of the surrounding area. Koukounaries beach - only twelve kilometres from Skiathos town - is the most popular on the island with tavernas along it and a range of water sports. The local bus service links this end of the island to Skiathos town stopping at many of the other resorts on the way. A frequent service is run.
