Customer Reviews for St Giles Feltham Heathrow Hotel London
Our Customer stayed here in June 2010
We were quite happy with our stay at St Giles Hotel London, for our short stopover for 24 hours. The proximity to the rail network was terrific and not at all noisy considering the proximity to Heathrow. One downfall with the hotel, was that we phoned reception several times to ask for 2 additional pillows, and they never were brought up. A small inconvenience, but one that usually is not a problem to have done.

Perfect for a Heathrow stopover. Excellent value and a good hearty breakfast. There are restaurants nearby and you can get the bus or taxi to and from the airport.

Have stayed at the hotel before , was satisfied the previous time, thats why we returned.
Only complaint this time was that the hotel DID NOT HAVE A TEAPOT. This is England and we like our tea in a pot and hot water especially in the afternoon. One very, very small cup at £1.75 a cup ib not on.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
