Big room,huge bed,nice bathroom,wonderful breakfast and all this for €100 for two people.Do I need to say more?Unbeatable value as usual!

A positive experience. Staff pleasant and professional. Breakfast was good and I also had dinner in the restaurant one evening where the service was excellent and the food tasty. Pricing reasonable compared to some of the decent airport hotels.

The room was comfortable if looking a little well used-the bar left a lot to be desired there was no atmosphere it looked as if it was half finished two glasses of wine cost £19- and there were one or two very noisy people.The breakfast was overpriced so we declined and left early for Heathrow where we breakfasted for half the rate at the Sheraton.We will not be using this hotel again.

All good, easy bus journey to and back to the airport.

Perfect for what we needed. In London for Heineken Cup Final weekend. 2 minute walk from Train Station, which was 2 stops away from Twickenham. Hotel was clean, food in restaurant was nice and reasonably priced. Staff were helpful and friendly. Would stay there again if ever was over for another Rugby match.

We were quite happy with our stay at St Giles Hotel London, for our short stopover for 24 hours. The proximity to the rail network was terrific and not at all noisy considering the proximity to Heathrow. One downfall with the hotel, was that we phoned reception several times to ask for 2 additional pillows, and they never were brought up. A small inconvenience, but one that usually is not a problem to have done.

Great hotel with parking at a very reasonable rate. very close to a tube stop and Heathrow. While you felt you could touch the planes they were so close you couldn't hear a thing. The hotel is clean as the staff are friendly. The breakfast is good. This is a very suitable hotel for those who do not want to or cannot afford to stay in the middle of London. Would recomment it. It is also reasonably priced.

This was my second stay in Renaissance at Heathrow. While the rooms are a bit dated they are kept very clean and comfortable. I could sleep for hours in the very comfortable queen bed! Getting to the room was a bit of a challenge as there is a warren of corridors. I was very impressed by the check-in staff. On arrival on both occasions I was greeted in a very friendly way and an extra effort was made to ensure I got the room which best suits my needs. It made the stay extra special.The hotel has an in-house hairdresser who is excellent, friendly and reasonably priced.The concierge team are also helpful informing me about the free buses to Heathrow and other general area information. It can be very busy in both the lobby and breakfast room due to large events taking place there alot of the time. There is a Starbucks in the lobby which is great but expensive and room service was also very good. Bar service was the only problem- it was both expensive and slow but this may have been due to a large influx of people at once.I'll be back!

The Renaissance hotel is the perfect spot to be close to heathrow airport. The hotel is clean and the staff are friendly and courteous. The rooms are well equipped. Check in and check out were easy and fast. The general atmosphere in the lobby are bar are relaxed and welcoming.

I stayed at Premier Inn near Heathrow overnight. On arrival my booking could not be found and it took some time to sort it out. However the staff member on reception was very helpful. The room was comfortable and very clean. My only objection was that I had to pay 9 pounds sterling for internet access ( 5 pounds for one hour access). This surprised me as my experience in staying in hotels like this - internet access is free.
