Customer Reviews for Stormont Hotel Belfast
Our Customer stayed here in November 2011
Staff were fantastic - friendly, welcoming and helpful. Room was spacious, very clean and well equipped. The only minor point is that when we arrived at mid morning on Saturday we couldn't get anything to eat other than scones/toast with tea and coffee. My colleague who I was travelling with remembered that on previous stays he could get a good range of hot snacks from the area that is now the bar. This wasn't a big deal!

We have stayed here before and to return to the same hotel is a compliment as we would normally try somewhere different. The staff are great and the restaurant is superb. It is nice to walk up to the Stormont Parliament buildings across the road - in fact we were able to pick up the open top bus tour of Belfast from there.

Pleasant hotel, good service, nice food. Felt more like a 3* hotel than a 4*.
