We were overall very pleased with the Strand Palace Hotel. The location of the hotel was brilliant, literally less than 2 mins walk from Covent Garden and approx 5 mins walk from Leicester Square. The staff were extremely friendly and polite. The room was clean and modern, but a bit on the small side. A full English breakfast was included in the price and this was excellent quality. The breakfast service did get quite busy at peak times but the staff opened up the Brasserie and provided breakfast in there also, to keep queueing to a minimum. The only downside was that the corridors were shabby and had obviously not been included in the upgrade, but how long do you spend in your hotel corridor. Overall I would rate this hotel an 8 out of 10.

Rooms were small but clean. Hotel itself was very nice and very central. Very friendly bar staff and a lovely residents bar. Breakfast was really good aswell.

I am a regular guest at the Strand Palace Hotel, and as usual it was reliably consistant,for me the location is perfect, and the price was right. Cant say any better than that.thank you.
