Hotel staff were superb, could not have been more helpful, between giving us directions recommendations and organising taxi's. Rooms are decorated lovely and always clean and quite roomy for a city centre room. My only complaint would be we were given room 114, which is directly opposite reception, and every time the receptionist left her desk, which was quite often her door would babg causing ours to shake. It sounded like our door was getting opened all the time. Food is amazing here, had dinner one night and could not find fault, only comment would be it is quite expensive for food compared to others closely located. Location is ideal, near everything but just up a side street so no rowdy tourists at night. Would definately recommend this hotel, just not the room we had.

Ten Hill Place, Edinburgh. A great hotel, nice and warm for the cold Scottish weather. Lovely staff and good food. Clean and cosy, all you could need and in a great location!
