Location

This family-friendly club resort is situated on the east coast of Kassandra on the Halkidiki peninsula and it is just 1.8 km from the lively village of Kallithea. The eco hotel is set amidst impressive surroundings right by a long sandy beach. A further 4 km away is the quaint village of Athytos where Greek specialities can be sampled and visitors can mingle with the locals in the cobbled side streets. Nea Moudania is approximately 25 km from the beach hotel and Mount Athos and Petralona Caves are around 50 km away. Thessaloniki-Macedonia International airport is approximately 80 km from the bungalow complex.

How To Get There

The hotel is only 50 minutes from the Macedonia international airport of Thessaloniki and 60 minutes from the city of Thessaloniki. From Thessaloniki by car, take the new highway, following signs for Halkidiki and the town of Nea Moudania. After about 60 km (approx. 45 minutes), pass the outskirts of the town of Nea Moudania and continue for another 8 km, crossing over the bridge over the Potidea canal and heading towards the village of Kallithea.

Room Description

Meeting the highest standards, the beautiful and elegantly decorated rooms feature warm colours, and all are appointed with balconies offering views over the gardens and the Toroneos Gulf. All rooms are equipped with an en suite bathroom with a spa tub, a selection of hair and body lotions, bathrobes, slippers, a hairdryer, shower kit and make-up mirror. A double or king-sized bed features as standard and all rooms have wall-to-wall carpeting and individually regulated air conditioning and heating. Other in-room amenities include a hire safe, telephone, DSL Internet access, an LCD satellite TV, minibar and tea and coffee making facilities. An afternoon maid service is provided.

Meals

Breakfast and dinner are served buffet style and à la carte options are also available for dinner. Themed evenings, vegetarian dishes and lunch baskets are also offered. The main restaurant and the new gourmet restaurant serve a wide array of scrumptious international and local dishes. The fresh vegetables and fruits offered to guests are produced in the hotel's own fields, across an area of around 150,000 square metres.

Sports/Entertainment

The hotel offers day and evening entertainment programmes for adults and children with recreational games, quizzes, sporting activities and shows with professional artists. In addition to the scuba diving centre, watersports offered for a fee include waterskiing, jet skiing, diving, surfing, windsurfing, sailing and banana boating. Paragliding, canoeing and pedal boating are also offered. There are 4 new Somclay tennis courts and 2 synthetic grass courts on the premises (fees apply), while guests may also enjoy a game of table tennis, pool/snooker, basketball, volleyball, beach volleyball, bocce and archery. There are two outdoor swimming pools with a children's swimming area, poolside snack bar and a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols laid out ready for use. Guests may also join in an aerobics or aqua fit session, relax in the sauna or with a massage, or go biking or horse riding (fees apply for both). Sun loungers and parasols can be hired for a fee on the nearby sandy beach.
