Customer Reviews for Bloomsbury Park - A Thistle Associate Hotel London
Our Customer stayed here in May 2010
We booked and fully pre-paid for a family room for 4 nights as we had a hospital visit with our small son. Due to volcanic ash our flight was cancelled and we took an 18 hour bus and ferry journey getting to the hotel at 9 a.m, the morning after we were due to arrive. I had called the hotel the previous day and advised them of the change in arrival time and they assured me that they would keep the room.
When we got to the hotel they had given our room away and with much pressure( as we had to go immediatly to the hospital) we were allocated a twin room. We were eventually given a"Family room" on the last night of or stay..the smalest room I have ever stayed in with twin beds and a very poor camp bed.
Never again!
