Staff very helpful
We booked two rooms in this hotel. One was perfect but in the other room the fridge had been removed, the safe was broken and the bathroom door didn`t close properly! Despite this we found thistle marble arch very good. Beds were comfortable and spotless,the breakfast excellent and we enjoyed the carvary dinner both nights. Staff were friendly and helpful - especially the concierge. We availed of his expertise and advise daily and he always sent us on the right track. All in all I would recommend the thistle marble arch - the location is fantastic - 10 mins walk from Madam Taussauds and Oxford Street shopping literally on your door step.
I was taken aback by the hospitality myself my wife and young child received during our short stay, the hotel was spotless and the proximity to London life was perfect. The staff were professional in every way and the food was second to none,I would have no hesitation in reccomending this hotel for both business and leisure stays.
