Many of the bedrooms have a superb view either over the Tower Bridge and the Thames or the Private Harbour of St Katherine's Dock. The bedrooms have air-conditioning, private bathrooms, TV, telephone, hairdryer & trouser press. The public areas consist of two different restaurants, 2 bars, a lounge and a cafe.

Our Customer stayed here in September 2010
Hotel very clean, great location. First floor rooms very nice and decor is better than the rest of the levels. Great view over the Marina. Hotel is 4 star but is lacking that special touch. Came back late on Saturday night and there was no bar open or staff available. :(
