this hotel could benefit greatly from new carpets(stale smell from same)Cream paint would brighten up this tired hotel and a total renovation of the lobby area. A kettle in the rooms would be a must; This hotel is in a great location in Biarritz and the staff are very helpful.

The Tonic HOTEL HAS A GREAT LOCATION,VERY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY STAFF AND PROVIDE AN EXCELLENT BREAKFAST IN A LOVELY DINNINGROOM. The standard roon we stayed in however was not satisfactory. It was in too small, air conditioning very noisy and had aslight odour present.
