The hotel was as expected, basic and small. It was located about 1k form the train station Gard de Nord. The room assigned was clean, a reasonable size and complete with a generous ensuite. We had booked a double and this was equipped with two single beds pushed together. There was a TV in the room. The shower was surprisingly powerful and refreshing. The receptionist was pleasant and helpful and assisted with printing out the return boarding passes and organized a shuttle to the airport as there was an ongoing strike. There was a bike station directly outside the hotel which was fully availed of. I would recommend this hotel if you want a clean pleasant spot to lay your head while partaking in the hectic pursuit of all Paris attractions.

We were only staying one night but found the hotel to be very comfotable, the staff at reception were very helpful and polite and the room was ideal for a short stay. Facilites were good and the breakfast in the converted cellars below was a great way to start the day. Overall, no complaints at all, would recommend it to anyone.
