Was at a wedding there fab would give it five star no problem,Pity about the 3 star breakfast now it was a perfect breakfast but so basic . They should work between what they have,and the inchidoney breakfast we had lately, if they want to achieve what they have so much work put into already,might as well give go the whole hog. Also there prices are fleecing in a recession but all of Killarney are such a pity too

Very Comfortable - rooms very spacious & well presented. Staff were very helpful & courtious. Location is very good,

First off the reception staff were funny, helpful and pleasant The room was lovely, clean etc. The Restaurant staff were great, helpful and cheery. The food was lovely too, all round a great stay. The hotel is very well located, there's a shopping park right next door, and it's only a few mins drive from Tralee town centre.

We were staying for one night as we were attending a wedding in Tralee. Got a lovely Kerry welcome, all staff were very friendly, especially the reception staff. The room was lovely, larger than standard hotel, very comfortable. Breakfast was pretty average, but standard for most hotels in Ireland these days. Didn't get a chance to enjoy the spa and pool facilities, but they looked lovely. I would highly recommend this hotel if visiting Tralee. Although it is modern and close to a busy road, the welcome of the staff more than make up for any shortcomings.

Just back from a stay in the Carlton hotel in Tralee. The rooms were very good, great size and in good condition. I know next time we go to stay in Tralee it will be here that we will stay.

Hotel was very clean. Room was clean -not very modern,. Breakfast was excellent and staff were very friendly. Swimming pool with sauna and jacuzzu were very good. Hotel is centally located with free car parking.I would recommend the hotel to anybody looking for a clean ,centrally located hotel.

This is quite an old hotel and, while it has been refurbished several times, it still has a dated feel about it. That said, our bedroom was spacious, quiet and comfortable and quite satisfactory. The breakfast, which was included in the price, was the usual buffet-style, the choice was more than adequate and the food good. Any staff which we met were friendly. Given the very central location of this hotel (just across the road from the Siamsa Tire theatre) and the free car parking, we considered it excellent value for money.

Central location, clean and affordable

The hotel was modern and clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was excellent - right in the centre of Tralee and very near the Train and Bus Station. Breakfast was excellent. Only downside to our stay was there was a nightclub in the hotel on Saturday night and the noise was exceptionally loud even though we were on the second floor of the hotel.
