The rooms are small, furnished to a very high standard in light colors. Most rooms have balcony with a stunning view to the sea across the road. The Italian themed Avanti restaurant extends to an outside patio on the street across the seafront, and is open to the public. It is a nice cream and ochre 4 storey modern building surrounded by nice flowerbeds. The lobby is medium sized, with modern decoration and contains a comfortable looking lounge area This is a top hotel with wonderful breezy seaview rooms and so close to the town. The hotel is at the seafront, close to a park near the cathedral. The location is ideally close to the port and center of Kos town, only 5 minutes walk.
