Umi Hotel London

I have no complaints about this hotel. Staff were very friendly and we were always greeted with a smile. The rooms are very clean with a flat screen TV, tea and coffee making facilities. The hotel is in a beautiful location and is just 5 mins walk from Bayswater tube station. I would definitely recommend this hotel to a friend.

The location of UMI is very convenient. The staff were all most friendly and helpful. The room was very small, but as one only sleeps in it that was OK. The plumbing was a bit of a problem since the taps on the shower were difficult to adjust and the water was extremely hot. The drainage from the bath was also poor. Overall the UMI being a budget hotel was very good value for money and we would certainly stay there again when visiting London.

Have to say we were very dissapointed in this hotel, its very old fashioned, quite run-down.. the rooms were terrible.. just about fits the double bed in..a squash for two people to get around the bed..The bathroom was tiny.. no character to the hotel. The staff were friendly enough - and the hotel was spotless clean so can't complain there.. Over all the hotel has a real cheap hostel feel to it.. won't return..
