By train: take the Assisi/Santa Maria degli Angeli station 4 km away. By air: go to Perugia/Sant Egidio airport 7 km away. By car: Travel along the A1 (Milan/Naples) motorway, exit at Valdichiana (coming from the North) or at Orte (coming from the South) and proceed in the direction of Perugia.
