The rooms are of average size and contains all those facilities which add to the comfort of a stay, such as mini-bar, colour television, direct-dial telephone, hair dryer and air conditioning. Most of the rooms are brand new, as a complete renovation was undertaken in the 2002. They are furnished to very good standard, with warm colours. There is no restaurant, but clients can easily find a restaurant nearby, as it is a very central area. The building is in the traditional Italian style and dates back to the turn of the century. The lobby, whilst quite small, is very well kept, with a small reception desk and a bar at the back where the breakfast in served. The overall impression that this hotel gives of a very good quality superior tourist hotel with a touch a familiarity.

Area Information

Situated only 5 minutes’ walk from the Colosseum and Piazza Venezia, this very central hotel is also located close to the strategic points for moving around in town. Termini railway station (300 metres), Air Terminal (300 metres) and the metro/subway (100 metres) can be reached in a few minutes’ short walk. This hotel is ideal for any type of traveller.

We had a lovely time in Rome, staying at the Valle Hotel. The staff were most pleasant and very helpful. The Hotel itself is small but very clean and well placed for both the station and for visiting the sights of the city.

The Valle Hotel is in an ideal location for a stay in Rome. Situated near the Roman Forum and the Colloseum, within a short distance you are back in ancient Rome. Termini station is a short stroll away, here you can get direct links to the airport. If you take the A line metro from here for the cost of one euro, you are only few stops away from the Vatican. The rooms in the Valle Hotel are basic, but very clean and the staff are really great. They are on hand to give advice on local restaurants and really are the most helpful and friendly staff I ever came across. I'd reccommend the Valle Hotel if you want a clean hotel, with a lovely friendly atmosphere in the heart of Rome.
