The elegant hotel offers a total of 54 rooms of which 16 are elegant suites, 8 are junior suites and 7 are apartments spread out over 5 floors. Guests are offered a garden, a terrace a lobby with a 24-hour reception, a porter, a hotel safe, a currency exchange desk and a lift. Furthermore, guests are offered an American Bar, an Italian restaurant with a pizzeria, a TV room and Internet access. Guests may also make use of the room service and laundry services. Use of a large, private car park is also available and a bicycle rental service also features within this hotel.
Location
The backdrop for this hotel are the romantic surroundings of Venice's Lagoon. This hotel is located on Lido Promenade in Venice and on one side offers views of St. Mark's Square and on the other side, the wide sandy beaches of the Lido. The historical centre of Venice can be reached in a number of minutes by the public ferry service. Restaurants, bars and shops as well as public transport connections are all in the immediate vicinity.
How To Get There
From St. Lucia train station in Venice: from Lido take the public ship number 51 or 1. From Marco Polo international airport in Tessera: Visitors should take the public shuttle Alilaguna to Lido and Venice. From Lido: take bus line A or B, bus stop Ospedale al Mare. From the A4 motorway: exit at Mestre, then follow the signs to Venice and Tronchetto Island; at Tronchetto board the ferry boat to Lido.
Room Description
All the rooms and suites include a private bathroom with a hairdryer, a direct dial telephone with charge, satellite TV, a minibar, a king-size bed, a hire safe, central heating and air conditioning in the summer. The hotel offers large double and three-bed rooms as well as a suite with 1 or 2 bedrooms for 2-5 persons. On request, a kitchenette is available in all the suites, for those on a longer holiday.
Meals
Guests may serve themselves at the breakfast buffet. At lunchtime and in the evenings, guests may select dishes from an à la carte menu. It is also possible to book a half-board or full board stay.
Sports/Entertainment
The private beach is right opposite the hotel and offers plenty of water sports. Visitors have the opportunity to use the large sun terrace with a 360º view of the Adriatic and the Venetian Lagoon, the Jacuzzi, sun loungers and parasols as well as a beach service during the summer. Further leisure activities include bike rides (fees apply).
Remarks
The hotel is the best relaxing place for those who like to enjoy a seaside holiday, even if they are attracted by the charm of Venice.
