Stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. It was such a great hotel to stay in. Its location was fantastic. It was leterally 5 minute walk from the Westbaunhof Station and within walking distance from excellent bars and restaurants. Reception staff are very friendly and really helpfull also.

The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is good as well. The rooms can get very hot in Summer though, but the price-quality ratio is all right.

Excellent Price/value Hotel, We enjoyed a lot of the Breakfast, and given service by the Receptiondesk, also this Hotel is 5 mins. with car from Downtown, Recommended budget Design Hotel ! Thanks Roomex !!!

Nice hotel, good service. But we'd like to have the opportunity to make tea/coffe in our room.

Enjoyed the location and ambience of the Astoria Hotel. The rooms are spacious and well serviced, and staff are very helpful. The young dark haired guy at reception on the night of September 10 gave us superior tips for late night dining. His suggestion of an eating place (Martinjuk I think)proved fantastic. Would recommend the hotel to anyone.

Two lifts for Nine floors hotel are not enough. You have to wait approximately 10 minutes in the morning in order to find an empty lift. They dont have bottle of mineral water (without Gaz) and this is not good because some people they do not like sparkling water. Very good location of the hotel, lot of shops in Mariahilfer Street, metro station, cafes are near the Intercity Hotel. Very clean hotel.

Our stay at the Graben will result in a mixed review. First, we were given a room that had (LOUD!) banging pipes for 2 days. We were moved to another room, which midweek had a building site beside it which began at 5am with blocks being dropped through a plastic shute to a metal skip below - 5 floors down! So the noise was so bad we had to be moved again. Our last room was lovely though. The hotel staff are pleasant and approachable. I do think that they should be more aware of the rooms beside the building site however and not try to blame it on 'normal city noises' like they did!!! The location is good also. It is DEFINITELY not a 4 star hotel though.
