Was a bit worried when we went to check in and the front desk man said he didn't have our reservation! Eventually after sifting through some papers he found our booking. I also overheard this happening to another guest checking in the next day! The room was clean, nice and big and so were the showers. Stratford is a bit further down the tube line and the hotel is about a 15 minute walk from the train/tube/bus station. I wouldn't recommend this walk for females on their own but a taxi only costs about 5£ and several buses go past to the station. I was really surprised to have such a nice stay in a budget hotel. 'Breakfast' is really just cereal, toast and coffee/tea but I thought it was decent enough considering the budget aspect of the hotel. Would have been nice if there was a vending machine for water/soda/snacks available.

We realy felt very good during our stay at your hotel. we were there for an engagement pary. We were highly satisfied with our stay in your hotel.

We arrived at 9am after a long ferry and rail journey from Dublin and we were glad to finally be able to sleep in comfortable beds. Room was decently kept, bathroom was reasonably clean and the heat was always on. We stayed in a twin bedroom and it was located at the back of the hotel, hence, very quiet. Although the hotel was slightly far from city centre, this place is well served by public transport. We took any bus in front of the hotel to get to the Stratford underground station which is on Central Line and is about 15minutes to city centre. Night bus N86 serves the hotel after midnight. Breakfast was simple cereal, bread, tea and coffee. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, good value for the price.

The circumstance outside the hotel is seemed not very safe, and the hotel is actually a motel, but the manager is kind.
