We have used this hotel on many occasions so knew what to expect. This time we were upgraded to the Executive Suite at no extra charge. The room was very clean and tidy and everything that we needed was there. Staff were very helpful and breakfast was up to it's usual high standard, plenty of everything and all nicely cooked. My one criticism would be that the corridors were very hot, almost felt as though the heating was on in September!! It was also quite hot in the room so we opened the window only to find that we must have been positioned above what we assumed to be the back entrance of the kitchen or similar and the noise didn't seem to stop all night. However we didn't let it spoil our stay and would have no hesitation on booking in the future.
