This hotel is a very short drive to Knock airport so is very convenient if you have an early flight out. The front of the hotel faces a busy noisy road so an alarm call may not always be necessary! The beds were very comfortable & the room adequate and clean. However the bar was a little tired and not the cleanest, the food left something to be desired on the night - as I only ordered a vegetable pasta but that came out undercooked and inedible after waiting a considerable amount of time. Based on that experience I chose not to have a cooked breakfast the next morning. For what you are paying in Yeats and for its convenience the pluses outweighed the minuses.

Lovely hotel, stayed overnight en-route to Knock airport. Booked two rooms for four adults, got 1 double and 1 honeymoon suite. Both comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. Staff went out of their way to accommodate us with glasses and wine bucket for our room (40th birthday celebration). Bar food and breakfast both delicious. Morning of departure we were at the airport and realised we had left all of our holiday spending money in the room at the hotel. Phoned up and they found it and held it behind the desk for us to come back and collect. Extreme honesty. (Yes we are idiots!) Would not hesitate to stay here again and would recommend to anyone.
