This traditional guest house and pub is located close to the town of Dingle on the Slea Head Drive at the foot of Mount Brandon, where St. Brendan is reputed to have set sail to discover America. The Walsh family has been welcoming guests for three generations and the pub is famous for music and dancing. Fresh fish, their own farm produce and home baking are included on the daily menu. Walking, cycling, horse riding, golf, swimming, windsurfing are all locally available. The comfortable bedrooms are attractively decorated and furnished, some suitable for families.
In Irish, Bóthar ("bo-har") means 'road', owing to its roadside location, all rooms are en-suite with direct dial telephone, TV, hairdryer and ironing facilities. Limited washing and drying facilities available. Clients may enjoy the family run pub which offers a restaurant menu and an open fire.
